PROBLEM/SOLUTION
If you have Office 2007 at home, your student/guardian may have a problem-we have Office 2003 at Crestwood. The outstanding work that is completed at home will not work here at school. There is an easy solution to this problem. When the student saves the document they will enter a file name at the bottom of the dialog box. Under the file name, you will see the words "save as type" Use the down arrow beside the "save as type" box and select Microsoft Word 97-2003. Likewise an Excel document you would save as Microsoft Excel 97-2003. All of the files saved in this manner will work at Crestwood.

The NFL players have extended the deadline for the program until July, 2009.

From the Principal

Welcome to the Crestwood eChalk Web site.

The Crestwood staff is proud of the accomplishments made by our students and look forward to improving upon those in the coming year. Our SAT and ACT scores are rising and our HSAP mathematics scores also show significant improvement. Our graduation rate is one of the best in the area.

This year, Crestwood has instituted KNIGHT'S ROUND TABLE activities. This is a forty minute period during which students engage in literacy activities, career guidance, special tutorials, credit recovery sessions, and club activities. The program is designed not only to help academically challenged students to improve and prepare for the future after high school but also to enable high achievers to excel to a greater level. Crestwood's extracurricular activities continue our tradition of building teamwork and character, winning recognition for our students and the school as a whole. While we certainly face many challenges in bringing our achievement to the levels we desire and which the community deserves, we have developed and continue to develop programs to meet the academic and social needs of our students.   More...
